Under 8s must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 years or over at all times. For swimming activities, a maximum ratio of 1 adult to 2 children under 8 applies. The supervising adult must remain with the child throughout their visit and actively supervise them at all times. Active Halton reserves the right to refuse admission where adequate supervision cannot be provided.
