We would like to inform you that our membership plans are undergoing some changes. Starting April 1st, all memberships will be categorized under the following levels: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Important Note for Bronze Members: If you are currently a Bronze member, you must have a valid Halton Leisure Card. If you’re benefiting from a Halton Leisure Card discount, please be aware that a new card for the 2025–2026 period will be required, available for purchase starting April 1st. Discontinued Memberships: Some of our existing membership options will be discontinued. If your membership is affected, we will continue to honour the current price until July. Starting August 1st, your membership will be transitioned to the new pricing structure. You can find detailed pricing information in the table below.
How to Check Your Current Membership: To review your current membership details, simply log into your online account, select “My Account,” and then click on “Memberships”. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at the following numbers for assistance:

Cancellation Process: If you wish to cancel your membership, please complete the online cancellation form on our website, available here: Contact Leisure Centres | HBC forms or submit a cancellation letter to your local centre.
